TRI Hospitality Consulting and Cavendish Maxwell Form Strategic Partnership
TRI Hospitality Consulting and Cavendish Maxwell have entered a strategic partnership designed to deliver a broader and more integrated advisory offering to clients across the real estate and development spectrum.
TRI Hospitality Consulting brings an established record with specialist capabilities in hospitality, leisure and wellness assets, offering market and financial feasibility studies, hotel operator advisory and strategic hospitality consulting services.
Cavendish Maxwell complements this expertise with a diverse range of asset classes, including residential, commercial, education, healthcare and mixed-use real estate, through its wider Strategy & Consulting and valuation services.
By combining these complementary strengths, the two firms are uniquely positioned to provide clients with a comprehensive, flexible and commercially focused advisory approach for both standalone hospitality and leisure developments, as well as large-scale mixed use projects incorporating hospitality alongside other real estate components.
The partnership further strengthens both firms’ ability to support developers, investors and asset owners with integrated strategic advice spanning the full project lifecycle — from early-stage planning and feasibility through to implementation and long-term asset optimisation.
Peter Goddard, CEO of TRI Hospitality Consulting, said:
“We are pleased to be partnering with Cavendish Maxwell, whose reputation and regional reach make them a natural fit for TRI. By combining Cavendish Maxwell’s real estate advisory and valuation expertise with our hospitality-focused experience, we can provide clients with a more integrated perspective on performance, value and long-term asset strategy.”
“We already advise clients across a wide range of asset classes as part of our broader Strategy & Consulting offering. This partnership
allows us to extend that support in targeted areas by bringing in specialist expertise where it adds value. Working with TRI Hospitality
Consulting strengthens our ability to advise on the more operationally driven aspects of hospitality assets, while maintaining our focus
on independent, data-led real estate advice.”
